Customized private Elbrus Tour reference number given by us in our "confirmation of service" message. This number is essential, if you do not indicate it or it is incorrect we do not know which tour you join and this form will not be processed.

Russian entry visa:
To enter Russia one must have a visa. You have to apply for Russian visa in the Russian Consulate in your country using our "visa support" letter. The information below is asked to arrange that visa support.

Period of stay in Russia:
Russian visa has period of stay, from one date to another date. You can enter and leave the country within that period but can not come earlier or leave later. Indicate your earliest arrival in Russia date and latest departure date adding a couple of days in case of last minute changes. We arrange visa support according to your wish (not more than 25 days of stay - tourist visa) irregardless if you are going to use our service on those days besides Caucasus tour or not.

Important Notices, Terms and Conditions

We guarantee that land cost will stay constant within current season. However airfare may be changed by airline. This is the reason we give these costs separately. When the tour is paid in full we fix the airfare cost and no additional payment will be required. However until you pay we reserve the right to change airfare according to the airline policy.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Deposit: 5000 Russian Rubles per person should be paid by cash transfer (Western Union) or by bank money transfer to our bank account after sign up.
Payment: Final payment should be paid at least 15 days before the beginning of the tour if distantly or in cash upon arrival.
Refund, Cancellation and No Shows:
Land tour cost: For cancellation made after we send visa support letter we retain 5000 Rubles per cancelled person. If there are less people in the group after the cancellation we recalculate the price per person accordingly and it becomes higher. There will be no refund if a member leaves a trip for any reason either voluntarily or involuntarily after the trip has begun. No refund will be made for any services not utilized.
Airfare: Pilgrim Tours shall refund customer 100% of the airfare minus all the cancellation fees retained by Airline.
Bank expenses: Bank expenses should be paid by a client.

Passport, Visa, Insurance.

Passport and visa: All members must be in possession of a valid passport and the required visa. Pilgrim Tours will advise and assist, but it is client's responsibility to procure the correct documents.
Insurance: Members must be protected by insurance that covers cancellation, accident, health, emergency evacuation and loss of or damage to baggage and personal effects.

Release and Assumption of Risk:

I am aware that, during the trip that I am participating in under the arrangements of Pilgrim Tours and its agents and associates, I may be subjecting myself to dangers and hazards, which could result in illness, injury or death. I recognize that such risks, dangers and hazards may be present at any time during the trip. I also am aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time in which I am participating in the trip. In consideration of, and as part payment for, the right to participate in the trip and the associated activities, services and food arranged for me by Pilgrim Tours and its agents or associates, I have and do hereby fully assume all risk of illness, injury or death, and hereby release and discharge Pilgrim Tours and its agents and associates from all actions, claims or demands for injury or damage resulting from my participation in the trip. I agree that the forgoing obligation shall be binding upon me personally, as well as upon my heirs, executors and administrators, and for all members of my family, including any minors accompanying me.

I, the undersigned, insured under Policy by 
Insurance Company, hereby release Pilgrim Tours and its staff from relations with the Insurance Company if an accident or injury occurs.

I also acknowledge that I have carefully read Pilgrim Tours information including its policy on cancelled trips and refunds, and agree to all stated conditions.

I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between me and Pilgrim Tours and/or its affiliated organizations and sign it of my own free will.
