ServicePilgrim Tours provides a number of additional services to meet the requirements of a customer. You can extend your itinerary by adding some additional points to your schedule.Here is what we can offer in Moscow and Caucasus on a regular basis . We are adventure travel company and although we are pretty prominent in Elbrus area, our possibilities in cities are limited. We do not have agreements with hotels in Moscow and discounts. That is not our specialization. If you need wider range of services or you wish to find better prices you are welcome to contact any specialized city travel agency or a hotel directly. They may be easily found on the Internet and the market is wide and fairly developed.
THE PRICES FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR 2019 Airtickets: Moscow - MinVody -Moscow. Timetable and concerning flights are on page. There are also links to direct on-line reservation pages of airlines. You can choose the flight, check the cost and buy the ticket online within minutes. All reservation pages are in English.
Aeroflot airline: www.aeroflot.ru At the moment the airfares for July are 11000- 20000 Rubles (round ticket, economy class) if you buy them yourself through the on-line reservation pages. The price depends on airline, flight time and tariff. We can buy flight tickets (Moscow-MinVody-Moscow) for you. We do not have a discount from airlines. We will use same reservation pages but add our service fee (1500 Rubles per ticket). That is why the cost for airticket if you request this from us will be 1500 Rubles more. The exact price will be set at the moment we reserve the ticket. To make a reservation we need to be informed about the flight number. * * * Hotel accommodation in Moscow. We offfer only one hotel in Moscow. We think it has a good reasonable location/service/price ratio. The prices are fixed in Russian Rubles, may be paid in US dollars or in Euro according to the Central Bank of Russia current exchange rate on the date of payment.
Cancellation of accommodation services must be advised not less than 3 working days before the due date. We also recommend Kosmos hotel in Moscow. There are hotels at airports. Sheremetievo airport (SVO)
Domodedovo airport (DME) and around * * * Private excursions with guide service in Moscow.We do not offer excursion services for individuals in Moscow. The market is fairly developed and everyone can order that directly at a hotel. We accept requests only from companies-partners, while arranging a full package for their groups. * * * Transfers in Moscow.We suppose that people come with big luggage, that is why although actually a vehicle has bigger capacity we limit the number of passengers in it. Of course a car can carry 3-4 passengers but if they have two backpacks+ skis each a trip becomes too tight and drivers become nervous. Minibus for 13 people is a 19-seat bus. The prices are fixed in Russian Rubles, may be paid in US dollars or in Euro according to the Central Bank of Russia current exchange rate on the date of payment.
A driver speaks just a few English words, if you need a real assistance (guidance or help at the airport/hotel) you have to hire a guide.The rate includes 1 hour of waiting time. More than 1 hour of waiting time is paid by the client.
