Here you can fill out the Application form on-line.

This is the application for a standard (MinVody-Elbrus-MinVody) tour program only. Any additional services may not be mentioned here. All extras have to be discussed with us separately after you sign up and receive our confirmation for the main program.

If there is a party of people join together this application form must be signed up by(for) every person in the group.
If there is a contact person on behalf of the group each participant must put the contact person's email address in the form (not his own address!). If friends sign up with personal contact email addresses then there will be a number of personal reservations and people have to handle their requests personally. This does not affect the tour processing - all are in one group in all cases, but is important for correspondence and paperwork.

About particular spaces of the form:

'Given names' and 'Family name' - Must be as in your passport. Please put only English spelling (edition)!
Some common considerations: If your full name is John Wesley Harding there should be John Wesley in 'Given name' space and Harding in 'Family name' space. If your full name is Chang Shu-Wan there should be Shu-Wan in 'Given name' space and Chang in 'Family name' space.

'Email': If there is a part of people and one person (a leader or representative of the group) is responsible for corresponding with us on behalf of the group he states his email address in this space. Other participants must put his address when signing up. If one orders individually and is going to correspond with us directly himself he states his own address.

Please do not use web on-line translators while sign up. To sign up please leave the translator page and use original (English) edition, in other case the form will not work.

Russian entry visa:
To enter Russia one must have a visa. You have to apply for Russian visa in the Russian Consulate in your country using our "visa support" letter. The information below is asked to arrange that visa support as well as other registrations and permits.

Period of stay in Russia:
Russian visa has period of stay - from one date to another date. You can enter and leave the country within that period but can not come earlier or leave later. Indicate your earliest arrival in Russia date and latest departure date adding a couple of days in case of last minute changes. We can arrange visa support according to your wish but not more than for 20 nights of stay regardless on if you are going to use our service besides our Elbrus tour or not. If you need more days that requires actual reservations in hotels for extra period. Note that than less days in you visa period than less possible problems with obtaining visa from Russian Consulates.

Please do use ONLY English (Roman) spelling and characters.
There must be all names which are in your passport and exactly same as they are in the passport. This is important, Consulate will reject our visa support if there are absent names or an abbreviation.

If you are a part of a group of people there must be an address of a contact person on behalf of the group. If you put your own address this means you are going to correspond with us individually. In that case we ignore any information regarding your tour which does not come from your address so you will be forced to handle the full processing yourself.

Important Notices, Terms and Conditions

Passport, Visa, Insurance.

Passport and visa:
All members must be in possession of a valid passport and the required visa. Pilgrim Tours will advise and assist, but it is client's responsibility to procure the correct documents.
Insurance:
We strongly recommend that members should be protected by insurance that covers an accident, health, emergency evacuation and loss of or damage to baggage and personal effects. However such a special insurance is not an obligation. An ordinary (not necessarily for an 'active' trip) health insurance is required by Russian Consulate when you apply for visa.
Also we recommend to have an insurance which covers your expenses (tickets, visa and transfer fees etc) if you cancel your tour by any reason.

Hotel accommodations in the Valley:

People who occupy single rooms by choice must pay a single accommodation supplement fee: 6500 Rubles for the period of the tour. This is available in a hotel in the valley only. There may not be single accommodations in huts.

Pilgrim Tours acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels and other contractors and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, and loss delay and irregularity that may be occasioned for any reason, including, but not limited to, any defect in vehicle, the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers, acts of God, detention, delay or expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force-majeure, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, accidents by air-craft, boat, bicycle, or motor vehicle, or any hotel, inn, restaurant or accommodation, failure of any means or transportation to arrive or depart as scheduled or changes in transit, hotel, inn, guest house or camping service.

Release and Assumption of Risk:

I am aware that, during the trip that I am participating in under the arrangements of Pilgrim Tours and its agents and associates, I may be subjecting myself to dangers and hazards, which could result in illness, injury or death. I recognize that such risks, dangers and hazards may be present at any time during the trip. I also am aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time in which I am participating in the trip. In consideration of, and as part payment for, the right to participate in the trip and the associated activities, services and food arranged for me by Pilgrim Tours and its agents or associates, I have and do hereby fully assume all risk of illness, injury or death, and hereby release and discharge Pilgrim Tours and its agents and associates from all actions, claims or demands for injury or damage resulting from my participation in the trip. I agree that the forgoing obligation shall be binding upon me personally, as well as upon my heirs, executors and administrators, and for all members of my family, including any minors accompanying me.

I, the undersigned, insured under Policy by
Insurance Company, hereby release Pilgrim Tours and its staff from relations with the Insurance Company if an accident or injury occurs.

I also acknowledge that I have carefully read Pilgrim Tours information including its policy on cancelled trips and refunds, and agree to all stated conditions.

I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between me and Pilgrim Tours and/or its affiliated organizations and sign it of my own free will.
Please send me the invoice. I agree to pay deposit if it is requested and full amount for the tour before the tour starts.
